 Registration Fees:

 All Travel & Intracity Player Fees are as follows:

 First Player (1st) - $85.00
   Second Player (2nd) - $70.00
     Third Player (3rd) - $70.00
       Fourth Player (4th) - $55.00
         Fifth Player (5th) - $30.00

Please Note: Players will not be placed on a roster until member's registration fee and outstanding balances are cleared. 
"Outstanding balances" means any unpaid balance from (i) Spring 2008; (ii) Fall 2008 and (iii) Spring 2009.

 Late Fees (please register early to avoid a late fee):

-       For U10 and up Travel Players:  After June 5, 2009, a late fee of $25.00 per player will be applied.

-       For U6 and U8 Intracity Players:  After September 5, 2009, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied.

Please Note: Players who register and pay the registration fee prior to the applicable late fee date above are guaranteed placement on a team. 
Those who register and/or pay the registration fee after the applicable late fee date are not guaranteed a spot on a roster.

 Age Groups:

 Following are the applicable Age Groups for the Fall 2009 season:

1. U6 - birth date between August 1, 2003 and July 31, 2005
2. U8 - birth date between August 1, 2001 and July 31, 2003
3. U10 - birth date between August 1, 1999 and July 31, 2001
4. U12 - birth date between August 1, 1997 and July 31, 1999
5. U14 - birth date between August 1, 1995 and July 31, 1997
6. U16 - birth date between August 1, 1993 and July 31, 1995
7. U18 - birth date between August 1, 1991 and July 31, 1993
8. U19 - birth date between August 1, 1990 and July 31, 1991

Discounts:  For Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Board Members:

 As set forth in Exhibit B to the Medford Soccer By-Laws, the following are the discounts applicable to Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Board Members:

1. All U6 coaches and assistant coaches will receive free registration for their child(ren) that they are coaching and shall be reimbursed for any soccer classes they take to obtain a G, F or E license.
2. All U8 coaches and assistant coaches will receive free registration for their child(ren) that they are coaching and shall be reimbursed for any soccer classes they take to obtain a G, F or E license.
3. All Travel coaches and assistant coaches, conditioned upon the coach or assistant coach having an F certificate, will receive fifty percent (50%) off registration for their child(ren) that they are coaching and shall be reimbursed for any soccer classes they take to obtain a G, F or E license.
4. All Board of Directors will receive fifty percent (50%) off registration for their child(ren) and shall be reimbursed for any soccer classes they take to obtain a G, F or E license.

Uniforms:

Players may purchase uniforms at the following costs:
. Complete Uniform:  $30.00
. Shirt only:  $17.00
. Shorts only:  $12.00
. Socks only:  $7.00

OLD UNIFORMS:  The excess "old" Travel and Intracity uniforms will be sold as long as quantities last on a first-pay; first-receive basis.  Old uniforms may be purchased by contacting Chris Smith at president@medfordsoccer.com.  Costs for the old uniforms as follows (for both old Travel and Intracity reversible uniforms):  

·         Shirt only:  $4.00  
·         Shorts only:  $4.00  
·         Socks only:  $3.00    

 
Refunds:

Medford Soccer will only issue refunds for the following circumstances*:
1) The player is injured prior to the first game and cannot play the season.
2) The player has moved from Medford to another city prior to the first game.
3) There is no team available on which the player can be placed.
